In this episode Emily opens up about her experiences with her mental health. The first half is recorded back in June of 2021 when Emily was really struggling and had just asked for help. Emily then checks back in and discusses how she now feels and the process of beginning Therapy. Emily discusses:

- The good and bad experiences in therapy so far
