In this episode Manny and I discuss nutrition, Structural Integration, scoliosis, kettlebell training, working with athletes and fellow practitioners of health, kinesio taping, Muscle Activation Technique, posture and much more.

Manny first came to the work Structural Integration as a client seeking help to alleviate chronic pain and get out of scoliosis. He is a Board Certified Structural Integration Practitioner by the International Association of Structural Integrators, he is also trained in multiple nutritional modalities as a nutritionist, additional manual modalities such as kinesio taping and Muscle Activation Technique. He holds a certificate in personal training from NCEP, and certifications of instruction from Orange Kettlebell Club (level 1) and KetAcademy (level 3). He actively trains and competes in kettlebell sport and is proud to represent the Innovative Results Kettlebell team.
