Two brave young cops are killed in cold blood while looking for two armed robbers. Following their deaths the biggest manhunt in Victorian history begins, as police scramble for clues to who murdered their comrades. Journalist Anthony Dowsley has spent years following the murders. He goes on a journey to uncover the truth which eventually leads down the path of freedom for one of the men who were arrested - and he speaks publicly for the first time.
