Mary-Justine Todd is the founder and executive director of Shamsaha, the first and only domestic and sexual violence crisis response program in the Middle East. MJ is a former international humanitarian aid worker, specializing in gender-based violence for refugees and vulnerable populations. She's joining us to discuss the work of Shamsaha, her observations on gender-based violence in the region, and the role of the media in perpetuating aggression against women.
