#249 How To Run Your Human Design Type Experiment

In this episode, I'm walking you through how to start your Human Design experiment through the frame of Type. If you're just starting your experiment and don't know where to start, this is a great place! Even if you've been doing this for a while, it's easy to "brush over" it and get excited to dive into the deeper details like gates and channels, and getting back to the basics is always a good refresher.

I go through each Type and give you specific questions to prompt yourself with, how to understand your Definition and to identify what GIVES you energy, and what TAKES your energy, and why this is important to understand.
