STATE CAN'T GUARANTEE HOUSING FOR REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SPEAKERS
The government is warning it can no longer guarantee it will be able to provide accommodation for all refugees and asylum seekers.
It comes as the CityWest transit hub is full and won't be accepting any new arrivals.
