This is the story of Merna and her beautiful daughter Kristen. Kristen was a loving, bright, happy young woman who would make fun happen wherever she went. She enjoyed spending time with her family, time at the family farm and shared a close bond with her two younger brothers. Merna says Kristen gave the best hugs and she gave a lot of them during her time here.In 2002 Kristen and a friend set off for a holiday. Tragically on this holiday her life was taken from her in the Bali Bombings.Merna shares with us the complexity of losing a loved one in such circumstances and the difficulty that comes with a grief that is so public.
