Hello Lovetoday Community! Welcome again to the Lovetoday Podcast, whose mission it is to help  us discover joy, balance and drive in the here and now, one conversation at a time.  This week I talked to wonderful and incredibly funny Benjamin-Shalom Rodriguez.  Ben is a queer, Mexican-Israeli-American Jewish writer, director and comedian from SoCal. He's an alumnus of Sundance Screenwriters Intensive, Ryan Murphy's HALF Directing Program, and Film Independent's Project Involve, among other prestigious programs. 

I think you’re really going to love listening to this funny, relatable and moving conversation that I had with Ben, who made me laugh the hardest I had in a long time, and who shared some really beautiful wisdom on how we can learn to better love and accept ourselves for all that we are, and have a grand time while we do so. We also talk about spiritual bypassing, the shadow self, and Ben recounts the first-ever shrooms story of the Lovetoday podcast (which I honestly don’t think will be the last).
