The holiday season should be celebrated with family and friends however for many empaths and HSP's it can be a very stressful time of year. Of course, this year will not be the same as before due to the worldwide pandemic. Boundaries aren’t a bad thing, or about being selfish or disrespectful. In fact, setting good boundaries can be a liberating act of self-care. In other words, setting limits can set you free and reduce stress.
My favorite guest Amy Fidler, a life coach, explains how to set boundaries and say "no" with guilt. Amy will share her personal stories that she experienced in the past and gives some great examples on how to protect yourself from all the haters. If you're dreading the holidays just know you are not alone! Follow On-Call Empath On Social Media: https://linktr.ee/oncallempath
