You Have to Keep Moving Forward

I answer a heart-wrenching email from a listener named "Jessica" ( no, not her real name ) and relate it back to my own personal experiences.
To anyone that's struggling, to anyone that can only see the darkness, to anyone that feels like they can't go on any longer, please know there's more out there.
Yes the world can seem like a cold and unjust place.
It's not always easy and sometimes things happen without warning, explanation or reason.

There is never a reason to give up.
Never a reason to give in.

We pick ourselves up.
It's what we do.
And if we fall, we fall.
That's ok.
But we stand up and try again.
We take a small step.
Forward.
Always, always forward.
