The evenings are getting darker. It’s pitch black when we get up in the morning. What we’d give for a morning that’s sparkling and glowing! Research shows that waking up in the dark can actually have an effect on your brain. There’s evidence to show that when it’s darker we are less alert and awake. So how can we shift our mindset?
