#429 Marc Randolph (Netflix Founder)

Well let’s be honest, Marc Randolph ‘only’ co-founded Netflix. So not impressive at all. He was also the first CEO of the company, has created a bunch of other successful organisations and has also done amazing work with numerous not-for-profits, serving the community and the planet. I love it when I chat with people who could quite rightly think they’re a big deal, but absolutely don’t. Marc is that guy. In this episode of TYP, he shares his thoughts on everything from business, entrepreneurship, lawn-mowing rounds and technology (of course), to creativity, courage, potential, helping others, how he prioritises his family, why he only works two days a week and how to consciously create a life which reflects our values and purpose.
