On the afternoon of December 8th, 2017 an abandoned car was found crashed into a ditch in Edmonton’s Rundle Park. Police would later identify the car as belonging to 32-year-old Nadia Atwi. Nadia was nowhere to be found.
In 2017, Nadia was a school teacher and mother. Described as loving, full of life, and a natural teacher, Nadia’s disappearance has sent grief through her close-knit family and community.
Over the last few years, searches and the investigation into her disappearance have not yielded any answers. However, Nadia’s family has not lost hope.
At the time of her disappearance Nadia is described as 5’8”; 176 lbs; long, straight dark hair; brown eyes; pierced ears; and a noticeable scar on one finger.
