We spoke with our friend Garett Nguyen who as always struggled to look himself in the mirror. Until one day he decided that it was time for a change. Not only change the way he looks but his mindset. Set goals for himself, were he was going to be challenge himself on becoming a better person. Like Garett, we all have our struggles. It is up to us if we want to do something about it.
