Back after a few weeks off. I touch base on where I have been and this funk I feel myself in. I talk about what I am doing to try to get myself out of this funk and back to me.

This week I talk about how nature can help ground and how it is so nice to connect and spend time with likeminded spiritual individuals. How those two things can really open you up, lighten you up, and create such shifts. I am feeling a bit under the weather, so this week is kept a bit short so I can go get some rest.

This week I talk about Spiritual Bypassing. It is something I feel I have been noticing more and more lately. Either people doing it, or the advice people are giving others. Why it is just as unhealthy as some of those other habits people use to hide from pain and discomfort. Just because it sounds great, doesn't mean it is healing. So what does it look like, how do you still use spirituality as tool, rather than a mask, and how to find balance between the two.

This week I talk about accountability. Ways I have let things slip or things I have stepped away from but feel called back to. I talk about my plans for getting back on track with creating my own tarot deck and my lack of journaling and how that is impacting me in many ways. Mercury comes out of retrograde soon, I talk about the ways I have noticed this go round it has crept into my life.

This week I talk about a shift I am continuing to feel towards things getting lighter. Maybe it is the longer days, maybe it is just my continued practice with patience and trusting. I have been continuing to go with the flow, or try to, and to really hone into my intuition and how that feels in my body. I talk about why I have taken a break from tarot and oracle for awhile, but am slowly returning. Have you guys been feeling a shift towards things getting lighter feeling too?

Ah Mercury in retrograde, how so many love to hate you. Discussing ways to tackle and possibly even has a positive experience with this retrograde. Also talking about the New Moon occurring at the time of recording. What it all could mean, remember I am no expert at astrology, I just know the basics and my own experiences. I reflect back on the last week and my trip now that my brain is clear and I am not sick.

I am back after missing you guys for two weeks, and a little late. Here is a recap on what has been going on and where I am at now. The shift is coming I can feel it, I just don't fully understand it yet. I am so overwhelmed with gratitude it is hard to put in to words.

It has been a confusing time in the land of Leigh. Ever since the eclipse in January, I have felt off kilter. My energy has been low, my body has been tired, I have noticed I have been really focused, or really off in another world. I have been spending a lot of time hibernating and doing some introspection, but then also a lot of time out winter adventuring. My sleep has been off again, my dreams intense. At the same time things have just been happening naturally in the best ways, everything just falls into place and reminds me I will be given what I need, exactly when I need it. So this episode is about that. That confusing place of learning to just float and trust. The new moon on Monday has brought with it a lighter shift that I am hoping sticks around. I am hoping things continue to shift and fall into alignment as I continue to work on trust and patience.
