This is a yoga nidra practice designed to bring you into a profound, nurturing awareness of your being, down to a cellular level. Make time for deep rest and restoration, it's the most healing gift you can give yourself. Make sure you're somewhere where you won't be disturbed. The instructions are for those lying down but you could also be seated - just adapt the instructions accordingly.
