Hello, I hope this finds you well. This is a level 1 yoga practice for these times. I wanted to create a yoga class which breathes life and vitality into all the fibres of your being. Through conscious breath and deliberate movement, you co-create a seamless dance through space - not just in your yoga class but everywhere you go. Designed to counter any stressful effects of life as we currently know it and to hep you through these uniquely complex times.
