Hello and thank you for listening,

This podcast was originally recorded as a public Zoom class in video format so there are one or two references to what you can't see! It won't affect your understanding of the instructions though.

We start off in legs up the wall pose to reset the nervous system and then move into some luscious, flowing yoga sequences designed to soothe and move the body without building heat. There are lots of pauses for breath and we close with a deeply restful 15 min yoga nidra practice. Yoag nidra is the relaxing, systemised form of yogic sleep.
