Do you make mistakes? Almost certainly, yes. Do they all matter? Not as much as you think. Should I try to correct them? Well, of course but you need to think about a good starting point. I always recommend starting by "cleaning up" some basic and repeated mistakes that can affect how you speak overall - the quick wins essentially.
