Committing Time to Personal Practice

Whether you are new to personal practice or have been devoting yourself to it for years, we all need reminders that personal practices flow and change just like we do throughout our lives.  Celebrate the person that you are becoming by allowing updated versions of personal practice to come in when new growth is needed.  Learn what you can while you engage with those practices and let go of those that no longer serve the newest versions of yourself.  Let's all evaluate how we can support ourselves in 2022 through personal practice.  Through these practices, we get closer and closer to the energies that enliven us and can more fully embrace that which we truly are.
