In this episode, I talked about how powerful your mind is and the importance of having a positive mindset and making a conscious effort to look for the good in yourself, other people, situations, and in your day-to-day instead of the hard or bad. I talked about how the world is already filled with so much negativity and criticism and how there is seriously no need to feed into that. Instead, I shared how I try and make positivity a habit and how it has helped me have way more joy in my life.
