We hear that Chris Kaba had been trying to escape from police in his Audi Q8, but that he posed no threat when he was shot. The car was stationary and he had his hands on the steering wheel. This time she is facing one charge – the attempted murder of a very premature baby girl, known as Baby K. Today, as the trial got underway, the jury were told she was caught “virtually red handed” by a consultant as she tried to dislodge the breathing tube of Baby K in an attempt to kill her.
