We're kind of over the filters and the staged type of content on social media now, and the focus is coming more towards the real and raw content.

But sometimes this can cause more damage than help. Especially when we have influencers encouraging people to self-diagnose their mental health issues.

Are we unintentionally glorifying mania?
What physically happens when you get stuck in an endless loop.
