Communication, education and empowerment is what we should all do to tackle racism.   To mark the 10th episode of Biz with Kiz I am delighted to be joined with Roisin Wood, CEO of Kick It Out.  Everyone who watches football in England will be aware of the amazing work that Kick It Out do to lead the charge against discrimination in the beautiful game.
