”Bout that Life” AAU Basketball and Life talk Episode 44

Coach C. Collins is ready to talk more AAU basketball, life and everything in between. In this episode, the coach had a chance to sit down with Rahid "Shine" and Andrej Stojakovic(Son of former NBA player Peja Stojakovic). In this episode we got to really breakdown the journey to become a high level basketball player but also the relationship between player and trainer. With guys like Phil Handy and Lebron James showcasing the importance of a lead trainer and player relationship, the trust that is needed for this to work is key for the athlete to reach there full potential.

Andrej has had a breakout career the past two seasons at Jesuit High School becoming a McDonalds All-American, leading Jesuit as a captain and scoring also playing for the famous Compton Magic AAU program on the adidas 3ssb circuit. Shine has been with him every step of the way and with Andrej committing to Stanford university along with Jesuit Alumni Isa Silva, both trained by Shine, this creates a culture and legacy the show wants to talk more about.
