Following the Florida State punishments for NIL violations, the NCAA has opened investigations into Tennessee and Flordia for violations related to boosters and NIL collectives. We discuss the NCAA's investigative reasons and the enforcement of the NIL guidelines. Florida's investigations have been ongoing for almost a year, with the new investigation of Tennessee.

The NCAA keeps having new fronts that they are battling on, as the Department of Justice joins the civil antitrust lawsuit against the NCAA regarding the transfer rules and portal.
