Everyone has a birthday ritual whether they know it or not.  Some make it a big production that goes on all month.  Some prefer to ignore it and treat it like just another day. Over the past few years, I have developed a birthday ritual that I genuinely look forward to. It’s my chance to look back and reflect on the year before I make my goals for the year to come.
