54. Back from my sabbatical
Find Your Path podcast is back, with a refreshed look and feel! š„³ It's been about a year and a half since my last podcast episode and my time away was really intentional. It was a much needed sacred pause that allowed me to burn things down and allow myself to rebuild again.
In this episode, I share all the different life changes that I've undergone on the backend (infertility, separation/divorce, solo international travels, my spiritual pilgrimage through the Himalayas, completing yoga teacher training).
