After covering the Milwaukee Bucks own Central Division last week, Rohan Katti and Ti Windisch decided to take a look at the rest of the East this time around, and went through the Atlantic and Southeast Divisions team by team, giving their thoughts on their offseason progress (or lack thereof) and projecting their 2021-22 win totals. Basically these teams are the Brooklyn Nets plus a bunch of teams clearly worse than the Bucks.
