Body Focused Therapies to Restore, Heal, and Thrive - With Cinnamon Cranston and Rosen Method

In today's episode with trauma-informed Rosen Method therapist Cinnamon, we talked all about how 'the body keeps the score'. Trauma is stored in the tissues and Cinnamon, in her gentle way, speaks about the power of trauma-releasing with body focused therapies, such as Rosen Method. She speaks about her healing journey as a mother. And, she also offered great resources of body focused therapies aside from Rosen Method. Our conversations was therapeutic, gentle, and wise.
