I've been following Simon Sinek since his Ted Talk, read his books and applied his theories to my own business. This concept I'm sharing with you today is called the Golden Circle and has changed my business for the better.
As Simon Sinek would say in his Golden Circle speech at Ted Talk, most companies know WHAT they do? Some may even know HOW they do it. However, do you know WHY you do what you do for your business?
