This week I bring you a CrossFit special with the one and only Vicky Campos!
Vicky is no average CrossFit athlete - she was named “fittest in Hong Kong” by CrossFit Games in 2018, ranked 1st in China in 2016, and is the second-highest ranked female CrossFit athlete in all of Asia. Vicky has competed in the pacific regionals three times and in 2018 she finished ranked 21st. She's ALSO finished 5th and 7th in Brazil in the last two years. All of this is all the more impressive when you learn that her CrossFit journey only started in 2013!
