MidWeek Teaching // The Promises, Purposes and Fulfilment for the Church - Acts 1

Jesus' followers were promised the Holy Spirit after His ascension, but why do we need the Holy Spirit and His power? Why is this power important? In this teaching, Pastor TC goes deeper into the Book of Acts to expound on the purposes of the Holy Spirit's power and what this power produces in the Church and in Christians. 

The purpose of the Holy Spirit’s power:
1. Helps us to come up with a posture of prayer, worshipping and assembling together.
2. It is a warning

What the Holy Spirit’s power produces:
1. It comes with a deep unwavering conviction.
2. It reproduces in the church and Christians an uncontested devotion and boldness.
3. It produces spiritual wisdom.
4. It produces a powerful witness of God.
