Jennifer Johns, singer/activist has always found power in her voice. For many years she has sung with an array of professional musicians, while continuing to honor her homegrown Oakland roots. And her voice is powerful – musically and in offering ways to heal the ills that ail us. She speaks honestly of broken systems and practices that need to be rearranged, to new lines of thinking, being.
