Welcome back to Episode 2 of One For The Road.
Today, I am joined by the amazing Katie McNicol. Katie is a real inspiration and shares her story of what led her to choose sober living at the age of 24.
As an ex-party girl, who worked in the clubbing scene throughout University as a vodka shot girl, Katie soon began developing an unhealthy relationship with alcohol.
After a series of events that escalated over time, Katie soon began realizing the negative impact alcohol was having on her life and decided to make a positive change, and quit alcohol.
Katie is now a keen advocate for sober living, and a great inspiration for the younger generation to say no to drinking.
