Today we heard from a woman who has been left shaken after she recieved a threatening and disturbing handwritten letter from one of her neighbours about her dog... But she doesn't know which neighbour sent it!

We then had a very disturbing conversation with a caller who took matters into his own hands with his neiughbours dog... What he did to the poor thing left people horrified. He was branded "psychotic" and "sadistic".
