Lars is the head of Orthopedic Surgery at Oslo University Clinic and - most of you will know him from this role - head of medical sciences in the International Olympic Committee. He shares what he believes to be one of his successful characteristics, he explains why the skill of picking talent is beneficial for you and your team, and he argues that just having leadership skills is insufficient to be a leader in our field.
