In this episode, we had the the privilege to interview Adam Akasyah @adamjitsu from MEBJJ. It was an interesting discussion. Adam had a lot experience competing at the national and international level. So he shared a lot of his stories from competitions that he went. It was amazing listening to his stories on how he prepares for comp and how he manages his day to day training.
