Woohoo, who is ready for the New Year?! If you missed yesterday’s episode, I’m going to recommend you hit pause here and start this series from the beginning to help you leap into the new year with a full heart, clear vision, and great goals.

On episode 92, you took a deep dive into reflecting where you are at in 2020. This may have been a struggle or challenging but we need to be honest with ourselves to give ourselves permission to grow stronger and move forward. The actions I want you to take today are going to help you with setting up your goals for next year. And remember I won’t leave you hanging, I am hosting the New Year, New Potential Workshop (previously the Gratitude & Goal Setting Workshop) where you’ll learn to craft a vision of success for 2021 in your life and career! If you are ready to up level and have a fulfilling 2021, you need to come join us in my Facebook community. I’ll be sharing the content live in there. If you search for She Embraces Fear under groups on Facebook, you’ll be able to join us. This weeks series of episodes are preparing you to set the direction so you know where you are headed next year.

Now, before you can goal set, I strongly believe you need to understand your needs! Lets dive into an exercise that will help you identify any gaps that you may want to address in 2021.

There are multiple facets of our life, we don’t just have one lane. We are dynamic and have various needs. So let me walk you through an exercise I developed based on a combination of what I experienced at this past weekend’s #DreamerSummit and an assessment from my friend, Chelsi Jo! I’m basically blending 2 techniques in my own way. I’m coining it the “Fulfillment Wheel”.

We are fierce women and we deserve to chase after what fuels us, now let’s do this!
