On this week's episode I am accompanied by Mallie, who is a certified health coach, and the founder of The Holistic Wellness Project. Mallie and I discuss the importance of managing our mental health and wellness during the winter season; particularly during the pandemic. We both share tips on how to implement these practices into our everyday lives, the importance of a morning and evening routine, why spiritual disciplines are beneficial to our mental health and wellness, as well as the mental health benefits one can gain from taking care of plants. Mallie, also shared her own journey of navigating through trauma, highlighting the importance of good mental health hygiene during this process.
