What does Unionized Social Work look like?

What would a Union for social workers look like? How can you start making changes towards this for your own workplace? Listen in to hear more from Trisha and Joyce.

I grew up in a town just outside Chicago in a household with one parent in a union and the other parent, without. I've seen the difference that collective bargaining can make.
