Today, I share one of my greatest secrets with the oilfield. Today’s episode is a personal mentor session between myself and Biyi Olaoye.
This week, THE CRUDE AUDACITY PODCAST is joined by one of the most accomplished Frac and Subsurface Engineers in the Oilfield, Mr. Biyi Olaoye.
On a personal note, Biyi is an active oilfield mentor to TCA Host, Kathryn Mills.
I have the pleasure of catching up with Biyi multiple times a month to discuss various oilfield happenings. He is a sounding board, a mentor, and a challenger. Everything a great educator and engineer should be. While I am thrilled to share Biyi’s expertise on the show, I am also somewhat reluctant… selfishly.
Biyi has frac’d on 4 continents, several patents, he has solutioned on projects most would dream about, and is extremely well published. He is a rare engineer who’s actual field experience backs up his CV.
When you find a good mentor, ask them everything!
