Earlier this spring we chatted with Reid Coolsaet following his final attempt at the Olympic marathon standard. Back then he told us that he was looking forward to taking on more adventures on the trails as he moves forward in his running career. Last weekend he tackled and won his first ultra, the Quebec Mega Trail 110K. In this episode Reid recaps his adventures, and shares the numerous lessons learned as a veteran marathoner becomes a rookie runner all over again.
