In our latest episode of the Translation Company Talk, I had the pleasure of speaking with Anna N Schlegel, from NetApp. She is a veteran of this industry and a pioneer in so many areas. We discuss many topics that revolve around corporate globalization and define the key concepts related to strategy, building teams and establishing value through a consistent and well-formulated thought process.

Anna has published a book titled 'Truly Global: The Theory and Practice of Bringing Your Company to International Markets'. She has first hand experience in building globalization teams and explores why this area is not so well understood. We also take a deeper dive into the executive mindset and how that affects the corporate globalization efforts of large organizations that want to venture beyond their traditional markets.
