Self-Talk with Charlie Beswick

As a expectant mother to twins, Charlie Beswick had the dreams that all new moms have. Unti l just a few hours after giving birth, she learned that one of her twin boys had been born with Goldenhar Syndrome.

Harry was born with no eye, eye socket, nostril or ear and a short jaw. Later on, Harry was also diagnosed with severe Autism.

Having spent her life wanting to make others proud, her self-talk became filled with blame. Until she slowly started to think that maybe her boys would be better off without her.

On this episode of The Workplace Communication Podcast, Charlie joins us to share her journey of healing through the art of positive self-talk. As a Trainer and Coach, she now empowers people to break through their own limiting beliefs to find the happiness and success they deserve in life.
