It was a dispute between between a builder, Michael Chudley and his customer Christopher Sear, when the building work didn't go to plan. The case went to court to try to settle the dispute, but the action dragged on for a number of years, causing Chudley and his partner to lose their homes. Chudley wanted to find someone to blame for what had happened.....
