Ms Penny Castle is an Happiness Whiz, Anxiety Expert, Fortune 10 Coach, Best Selling Author and a Speaker. She is an Happiness Whiz because she knows happier persons are more effective. Ms Castle spent most of her career( either as an employee or consultant) being the person who arrives to clean up the mess when the consultants leave. She is a certified ICF Coach with a decade's worth of coaching experience working at all levels. Added to that she have two decades of corporate experience leading process, systems and HR interventions. Ms Castle wrote a memoir titled "Cultivating Happiness".
