•Fix your resume – I know you got the interview, but you probably would get a lot more with a more professional resume that tells your story better (mentioned: Clementine Crooks of Resume Restoration)
•Create an account ASAP – if you are interviewing for a crypto exchange or service provider, become a customer and open up an account
•Skim the Terms of Service (TOS) – look for AML related sections or even sections on prohibited jurisdictions etc.
•Fix up your setting – borrow a video camera, a ring light and grab a mic if you need to. Set up your backdrop – do a mock interview prior to the actual interview

•Be Enthusiastic and use the words “we” / “our” etc. (mentioned: Nako Mbelle)
•Research the company - not just the mission statement but the ethos of the company. What are they proud of and what are major projects they are working towards
•Research the interviewer – find something the interviewer is passionate about (mentioned: Melanie Lefebvre)
•Understand what their biggest challenge is and focus on your knowledge of emerging illicit activity (mentioned: Elliptic, TRM Labs, Chainalysis, Solidus Labs)
•Understand the culture - especially if it’s remote, understand performance feedback
•You can understand vacation days etc without specifically asking about them.
•Compensation might come up. Be ready and confident with your expectations and always let them be flexible as it pertains to education, equity, stock options and different employment/ contract structures
•Have 3 amazing questions to ask. Try and slip them in throughout the interview
•This is just a discussion. Highlight scenarios where you helped the community or contributed to working groups or initiatives
