053 Do You Know What You Need?

Back to our mini-series on self-care for entrepreneurs, and today we're exploring a pretty fundamental issue. Self-care is all about taking care of and prioritising your needs - and not perpetually martyring yourself to the needs of everyone around you.

So surely, one of the very first questions to answer as you begin your self-care journey is: what are your needs?

Some entrepreneurs "suffer" from answering others' needs while neglecting their own. Whether psychological, physiological, spiritual or relational, identifying your needs and committing to prioritising them is the foundation for sustainable well-being. Remember, taking care of yourself is not selfish - it's a necessary step toward actually making a difference.

-Review the podcast on your chosen podcast platform (we are on Apple, Spotify, Google and Amazon)

-Take a photo or screenshot of your review and post it in the Actually Making a Difference Facebook group with the #podcastcompetition

-Only those who complete all 3 tasks exactly as stipulated by midnight on 31 July 2023 are eligible to enter the competition.
