062 How to Set Priorities

This is another episode that may make you uncomfortable - but it’s all for your own good, I promise! 

We’re going to talk about our priorities, or objectives, or intentions, or whatever you prefer to call them. I’m going to share with you some of the questions that I use to help me arrive at my business priorities for the year, in the hope that it helps you to consider your priorities for the year ahead.
